SHIPPING

  • FREE International shipping on orders $100+

  • Item will be shipped within 7 -21 business working days(not including holiday) after we verify your payment.

  • Please tell us your current address after your payment, otherwise, we will ship your item based on your Escrow address.

  • We provide for shipping method, delivery time depends on destination. In rare case, the strict custom will make the delivery time a bit longer. Please be patient.

  • CLO Cosmetics is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

  • Sometimes it would be longer because of the bad weather, a waste of time in customs clearance. Thus please walt patiently when you do not receive your item on time.

  • We are excited for you to receive your products! International orders do get delivered within 21 business days, however, your package may be delayed by customs. If 21 full business days pass and you do not receive your order, please contact us with your order number! 

  • Please note, we are able to assist you further any time. 

  • If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please contact our customer service department at wecare@carmenlo.com.

RETURNS


If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at wecare@carmenlo.com.

  * Conditions return at CLO COSMETICS: 

  • The product you receive is different from the description on the website.

  • The product expiry date has expired or the number of orders is missing compared to the order placed.

  • The product has no signs of being used, stamps and seals of the manufacturer.

  • Customers need to present the purchase invoice at CLO COSMETICS immediately after exchange.

Your products may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased within 14 days of delivery.
