How to book a bridal makeup trial?

Call/Email/Facebook to reserve your booking. 

 

All makeup appointments and bridal trials require a $500 deposit, and a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. If no deposit is taken at the time of booking your makeup appointment, then a cancellation fee still applies if less than 48 hours notice is given.

 

How much for the bridal makeup trial fee?

Makeup trial fee HKD$1000. The trial fee will be waived only if the booking is confirmed on the trial day.

 

How long will it take for bridal makeup trial fee?

Bridal Makeup Trial included 2 different makeup & hair styling (approx. 2.5 hours) First, we will discuss the details of your wedding including dresses, hair, flowers, theme etc. We will then discuss what make-up, if any, you normally wear and any ideas you have. We will then create a look until you are 100% happy and absolutely love your make-up.

 

Overseas Wedding 

Travel Fee is applicable when traveling to locations outside of Hong Kong, a quote can be provided upon your request.

 

Payment options?

Cash/bank transfer/PayMe app. You are required to email carmenlomakeup@gmail.com payment receipt provided from you.

 

Taxi and Parking fees?

Taxi - fare will be charged for service before 8:30am/ T8 & black rain

Parking - In circumstances where parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example, hotel parking/ meter parking/ tunnel fees.

 

Overtime charge?

OT charge if before 6:30am at the morning and after 11:30pm at night  ($1000/hour).

 

Cancel booking?

To secure your booking, deposit is required. If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application, please notify the deposit is non-refundable
